Refund and Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Sculpt by Christlene ltd, registered in the
United Kingdom. This policy is written in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and applicable UK health and safety regulations.

1. Nature of Products (Cosmetic & Body Care Products)

Our products include cosmetic and body care items such as body butters, oils, scrubs, and skincare
formulations. Due to hygiene regulations and the risk of contamination once opened or handled,
these items are classified as sealed health and personal care goods.

2. Hygiene & Contamination Policy

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on cosmetic or body care products once they have been opened, used, or unsealed. This is in accordance with
  • Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 relating to sealed goods which are not
  • suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

3. No Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. By completing your purchase, you enter into a binding
contract. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

4. Your Statutory Rights (Consumer Rights’ Protection)

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You are entitled to receive goods that are:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If a product is faulty, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery, you may be entitled to a
repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights. Claims must be made within a
reasonable time after delivery.

5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, please provide:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photographs of the product(s)
  • Clear photographs of outer and inner packaging
  • A description of the issue

Failure to provide photographic evidence may result in the claim being declined. All claims are
assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund in
accordance with UK law.

6. Right to Refuse Refunds for Used Products

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products have been opened, tampered with, partially
used, or where contamination risk is present, unless the item is proven faulty under the Consumer
Rights Act 2015.
